Techim was created in 1976 to suit the industry needs for taylor made column internals and structured or random packing of any type or material as well as catalyst support balls. Today, supported by our production facilities, Techim ensures the supply of column internals on the french territory and answers any requirement from foreign industrial clients on the shortest delivery time basis.

3/ Montz Structured Packing

Techim has represented Montz company , German market leader, for more than 20 years, for the supply of structured packing, wire gauze type A3 or metal sheet type B1. Our structured packings can be supplied in plastic, metal or ceramic (brochure for ceramic)

The new generation of Montz High Capacity Structured Packing type M enables significant capacity increase of existing structured packed columns without any efficiency loss.

Montz has recently developped a unique technology since it enables to combine in one signle column what required 3 columns in the past : here come the "Dividing wall columns" .

4/ Distillation Trays and Column internals

Techim offers a wide range of trays (in metal or plastic) from the basic sieve trays to the high capacity trays, including the mobile valve trays (circular or rectangular), the Rectangular Fixed Valve Trays type FXV and the bubble cap trays.

Techim also offers the special Montz trays type KSG, tunnel or Thormann.

For the packed columns, Techim can supply the necessary associated internals (gas and liquid distributor, support plate, hold down grid ...)

5/ Demisters and Coalescers

Techim designs and offers a full range of plastic or metal demisters for the gas-liquid separation (knitted demisters or vane packs) and liquid-liquid separation (coalescers)
